The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is an international organization devoted to technological advancements in the fields of electrical and computer engineering, computer science, and related branches of study. IEEE is the world’s largest technical professional organization in the world with over 365,000 members and 1,570 global chapters.
At UCSB, the IEEE student branch is dedicated to creating an environment where students can develop and apply their technical and social skills through group projects and informational meetings.

Welcome back everyone! Meetings will start the first week of October. (exact date and time to be decided). We have some exciting stuff planned for this year, including getting a new website. Once the new site is up this will redirect you there. Check back occasionally though because we will post the meeting times here once they have been decided. You can also join the IEEE google group and you will receive an email reminder before the first meeting. Hope to see you all there!
